Palisades Rebuilds Continue

Civil 33 Engineering & Consulting is currently supporting several residential rebuild projects in the Pacific Palisades area following recent wildfire events. Work is ongoing as properties move through the reconstruction process.

Projects are progressing through various stages, ranging from active design and feasibility analysis to plan check and permitting.

Each site presents unique constraints, including hillside grading limitations, drainage requirements, and coordination with geotechnical recommendations and agency standards. Civil 33 works closely with project teams to develop practical, buildable solutions that support efficient approvals and construction.
